Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Modussupplements@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
